Who I Am
My name is Sivakumar Mambakkam. Most people call me Siva.
I am a husband, father, technologist, architect, mentor, and lifelong student of systems. Professionally, I have spent more than 36 years helping organizations navigate complexity and build sustainable technology capabilities across financial services, healthcare, automotive, aerospace, retail, and software product industries.
Personally, I remain fascinated by learning. I enjoy exploring the intersections between technology, leadership, systems thinking, history, philosophy, and human progress.
What I Believe
Technology changes rapidly. Human challenges change slowly.
People still seek understanding, purpose, clarity, capability, and progress. The best technology helps people achieve those goals.
Organizations rarely struggle because of a lack of technology. More often they struggle because complexity obscures understanding. When people understand clearly, progress becomes possible.

A multi-tenant SaaS platform for production management — one codebase, many verticals. Film productions, construction projects, software delivery, live events — all from a single declarative YAML vertical config.
Pramana
A compliance-training tracking platform that produces auditable proof of completion. Named for प्रमाण ("valid means of knowledge"), v1 is SOX-scoped with an append-only, tamper-evident audit trail.
Mentible
An AI book-authoring app for adult self-learners. Structure a topic, generate it chapter by chapter, and compile a polished EPUB3/PDF book — provider-agnostic, with managed keys or your own. Formerly StudyBuddy Q.
